Association Fee coverage varies across the development and includes AT&T U-Verse TV, wireles Internet, water, sewage, trash and snow removal, insurance and all exterior maintenance.  Some units also include heat/gas.  Additional amenities include the use of the Internet cafe clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts & volleyball.

***WARNING*** - The Direct Energy scammers are at it again - they were pandering around Roundtree Oaks Condos last night, so I called 911 non emergency and made a report. (shout out to YPD for patrolling the neighborhood) The scam is that they claim to be the wholesale company that supplies DTE with the power you are already using, but it's not actually true. They just want to capture your utility information and hijack your electric bill for a gross profit while locking you into a long term "contract" with high cancellation fees, which DTE will be somewhat powerless to help you out of.
